PLEASE DON’T RELY ON CAR TRACK

I’m simply falling into depression, I can’t focus at work.

I have an outstanding loan of R10000 that I have to pay because you guys had promised me nothing. They tell you about their terms and conditions after you’ve made payment, they don’t even tell you the risks of a lose if they don’t find your vehicle.

The agent stated that they can still see my vehicle and that they are super sure that once I make a payment of R10000 they will send the grounds team to fetch my vehicle, they did not mention that there is a possibility that the suspects used a jammer as car track can see if a jammer was used. I made the payment at 11:05 and the team was only dispatched to the location at 11:45. Now how can we rely on your’ll?

On top of that, they sent me a WhatsApp message to tell me that they couldn’t recover my vehicle. They don’t even have the decency to call to break such news to you, I have proof. I spoke to an agent by the name of Thando that reassured me that they can still see my vehicle, she even laughed during the telephonic conversation. The recovery department stated that there are notes on the system on my account and those notes were only updated on Saturday, the day after the incident, imagine. They haven’t told me what happened when they went to the location with the police. The car track was “Disconnected” in someone’s yard, Why haven’t your’ll updated me on who was taken for questioning.

Had I been told that there are chances that my vehicle can’t be recovered, I wouldn’t have went to an extent of getting a loan. Now I’m struggling to survive or to Make ends meet. I won’t even be able to afford public transport to get to work because of this unnecessary debt that car track has put me in.

The customer care line and the recovery team is even worse. They are arrogant when it comes to them having to assist you. They keep passing you to irrelevant departments and end up dropping your call. Some agents even call you and state that they are the CEO of the company. I need those call records.

I’m gathering people to start a petition to stop people from falling for such traps.

Funny enough I was warned about cartrack, yet I went ahead and trusted them

I’m calling even my extended family members to tell them to end business with cartrack, to use my case as an example, I need them to also tell their friends, I need them to spread this in their work places, I need to create awareness of how a company can drive someone to actual have suicidal thoughts. Imagine losing your car and having to deal with unprofessional from such a huge company
