Pick up your ****ing socks!!!!

Excuse my french but I'm beyond frustrated. Car track is , for lack of a better word a **** company who overpromises and under delivers on their promises. A bunch of naaiers!!!

Their ****ing calls are recorded and well, I'd like em to listen to all the ****** calls I have been making to them from as far back as the 14th October 2024 and to date, I am nowhere near being assisted. Everyday I personally have to be calling and am promised a call back from Lord knows who but a call is never received. I am constantly speaking to a different agent and everyone keeps doing their own **** and messing up my goostanding account with the establishment. One of the idiots decided my contact decided to even cancel my contract and start a new one for reasons known to them without consent from me. All I had requested was for the tracking device to be removed from my previous vehicle and reinstalled in my current vehicle. I was told of a fee of R800+ which would not be charged to me because I have a long standing contract and am now suddenly liable for. I refuse to pay that amount because I was told I wouldn't have to pay for it (refer back to your recorded calls). I was further double debited and am only now being told I was charged for cancelation.. A cancelation which by the way, I did not request. A technician was sent out (Kaelo) and he was in touch with me on the day of the deinstallaton and he confirmed he was where my previous vehicle was to perform his duty, which seemingly he did not because the status still remains as pending. I posed a question asking that, should an unlikely even occur and my car is ****** while they twiddling their thumbs figuring out if they will render the service I am paying for, who will be liable to recover my vehicle and nobody has an answer....I'm just being passed on from.one agent to the next and these fat ****d team leaders aren't coming to the party to even attempt to assist...why are there even team leaders if they can't perform their duties. I would like Slindokuhles team leader in scheduling, who blatantly refused to come to the call when I was specific in wanting to speak to a team leader, addressed and I'd like feedback regarding the action taken. I wasn't trying to be a Karen but I asked for a team leader to avoid speaking to another agent who will only do further nonsense but Mr high and mighty felt he was too cool to attend to me.

I have lost count of how many people I have spoken to and can say Slindokuhle tried but as for Kgauhelo, her Team leader Thuli ...yall are the pits too. Nasiphi Nkonjane, amongst the many others who have promised me a call back, promised to get Karabo from customer service to call me back and guess what....yeah, you should know how it goes by now - NO CALL BACK!

I'm beyond appalled by the lack of service from Cartrack and wonder should I ever be in a real emergency and truly need their help, is this the same kind of lack of care I will receive?

I have paid monthly debit fee and expect a tracking device installed in my current vehicle as soon as yesterday! I will not pay any additional amounts and am willing to take this to the ombudsman if this issue isn't resolved promptly. I was told it won't cost anything for the re and de and expect to pay not a cent more for that to be done. Cartrack better pray that between now and when they finally decide to do the right thing, my vehicle is safe because they will definitely pay that R150k for me to get another vehicle.

Get back to me as I have exhausted my funds calling and holding on only not to be anywhere near resolving my issue!!!

Again I say thank you to Karabo Maleke, she seems to be one of the few, if not only knowledgeable advisors you have and she has attended to my complaint with the utmost care and diligence. Whatever you do, do not lose her! When I said she is a gem, I meant it and she has proven it. She was the one who assisted me from Day 1, it's a pity I was unable to get hold of her on all my other interactions which resulted in your establishment leaving me a rather frustrated customer. Karabo has re-instilled my trust in your company again and has made me realise why I chose you as my preferred service provider for all these years. It's just a pity that one had to resort to being vulgar, arrogant and brash before my plea could be heard. Again, I apologise for my French in my complaint but I still need to know why Slindokuhle's team leader from the scheduling department did not want to be of assistance, I work in customer care and understand that yes, advisors need to take control of the call but if the issue is beyond them, team leaders are meant to be there to support them so why did he refuse to attend to a customers' specific request to speak to a team leader. I'm not saying give him a warning but he needs to be addressed and an apology from him would be appreciated. He honestly could learn a thing or two from the customer service advisor Karabo Maleke about how to handle customers. Karabo took ownership where he, as a team leader fell short....perhaps he needs to buddy with her a bit to learn a thing or two. Karabo is all about customer satisfaction and retention and I can safely say, I am not going anywhere anytime soon and my relationship with you is as solid as ever all thanks to her. Keep on keeping on Karabo and I hope your efforts get the proper recognition they deserve!
