Phone calls arrestment and take money without my consent

Car track are treating us me horrible and aresing me with phone calls yet i am paying every month for no service because i no longer have a car yet I am paying.Now they charging me for a device that was remove from a car i bought and was ****med with and I told them I no longer have the car and they went to remove the device from the,even went in to my account and took a amount of R1033 without my permission on the 25 February 2022 yet i pay a monthly fee of R160 every month.I spoke to differences people at car track explaining the same story over and over no one is helping me even spoke to a team leader Oscar and his colleagues Shining I and Spiwe requesting for the recordings off all the phones calls because I want to take this matter to court I even went to doctor for the stress they causing me since last year they refuse to respond or to help me with their disrespectful agents one is assisting only more phone calls asking for money of a device they sitting with someone please help me with this people of cartrack 🥺🥺🥺🥺
