Phathic service and increased cost when wanting to cancel.

I am with car track since December 2016 and on the 27 September I've send them an email wanting to cancel my tracker with then and I received a reply from the lady called Thandekile Ndlovu starting I must pay cancellation fee of R2600 and all other hidden amounts that she mentioned on the email. I emailed her back and till this day I still have received a reply on why am I being charged all those amounts, when you call them no one ever answers the phone but when you do not pay you get their call first thing.

Cartrack is a **** and their service is pathetic and would never recommend to anyone......
