Phathetic experience i'm getting from car track.theh dont care about their clients

I m having difficulty with the car track ..i already have two cars with them but i m thinking of moving them to another car tract company .its been 2 weeks calli g them to come a d instal tracker to my other car but i'm being promised the technician will comeand no one came.i ce been calling to request them to please send someone and stop with empty promises todate no one xame or atlwast cki g ne to inform me of the delay.is like im forcing them.yet my premium are goinf theigh monthly.what kjnd of service is this where cliebnt must call daily to bag for their services
