Peace of Mind is a Big Lie there by Car Track

12/07/22 at 13:50, Made a call to the “lovely “ CarTrack asking them to come & inspect the unit in my car , was told an appointment will be made for me & a technician will contact me - NOBODY CONTACTED ME

13/07/22 at 08:44 I make another call, I’m told my appointment was not set up yesterday & I’m reassured that I will get a call today. And yes I get a call at 16:58 where I’m told because they had Load shedding they couldn’t get a technician out to me , I ask the lady why was I not contacted earlier & what am I supposed to do now since I requested for this service yesterday? Request that she transfers me to her Team Leader or someone that can provide a solution to my issues, instead the lady decided to: 1.Hang up on me - her notes state that I hung up on her 2. Also updated her notes as me requesting a call back for tomorrow - I did none of that

Now I just want to know , 1.where is that “peace of mind that you’re promising “? 2.Also is it good practice that your agents LIE about the what your customers want? 3. Why are you making calls to customers 2 minutes before you COB, what is the expectation? 4. Will a technician be available for me by 08:00 tomorrow morning?

That 1 star is only there because there’s no other option
