Payments Not Allocated - Who is Pocketing?
Here I am, writing again. I have made 2 payments via the direct Whatsapp link for so-called amounts 'in arrears'. To my suprirse, these payments were never allocated to my account and I am still constantly being harrassed by call centre employees threatening action due to non-payment.
Meanwhile, the tracker is in a vehicle I have sold, and you are refusing de- and re-installation due to my account being 'in arrears'. I even sent through my bank statements to show the direct payments going off. Billings department cannot be reached and the customer 'care??' can only escalate the matter again. The statements were sent to Jabulile Kaditja Mbatha on 7th April. Still no word regarding payment allocation. The CEOEscalation email address is also of no help. Clearly nothing is being done, as I am just a number in your client row.
Please note, should my vehicle be ****** in the interim, due to not having a tracker as disclosed to the insurer, I will hold Cartrack liable for the full retail value of the vehicle.
You refused to assist me to deinstall and reinstall the tracker, which has cost me time.
Thank you for making us aware of this issue. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. We will investigate and are confident that this matter will be clarified.
Kind regards
The Cartrack Team

No further payments will be made on a monthly basis, nor will a cancellation fee for the remaining term be made.
If the legislation of South Africa does not apply to Cartrack, it should not affect me either.
The previous owner of the 2024 Corolla Cross will also not be granted access to my vehicle, nor a Cartrack technician. He also needs a deinstallation from the Toyota to his new vehicle.
Once my issue has been handled, only then can the previous owner's tracker be deinstalled from MY car.
To summarise my issue:
1) Account shows in arrears - I am in credit - Billings department not allocating payments2) Refusal to de- and re-install tracker from BMW to Toyota due to above3) Constant harassment saying I am in arrears by call centre agents4) Priority given to previous owner of the Toyota to deinstall his device from my vehicle
I hear none of the relevant parties I am emailing are actually at work. Wish I could work for Cartrack!
The above should then be in order.
