Payment of cartrack unit

A while back my wife's cartrack unit didn't respond, (BOOY00189) so cartrack send a technician to repair the unit. We spoke to a gentleman, an Afrikaans speaking man and my complain was that we don't have that kind of money to pay at ones. So he said to us we can pay it in 3 months plus the normal debt order. I think the gentleman name is David, not sure. Yesterday a woman phoned my wife, her name was Leti and said they are going to deducted the whole amount (repairs and debt order) at the end of this month. My wife said to her that we have an arrangement to paid it off. Leti told my wife that, that information is not showing on the system. My question now is: Is there any communication between the repairs department and accounts department? Please attend to the problem ASAP!!!
