Payment of account after the tracker not working and after cancellation of contract
Car Track is a useless company ever, i have been paying them for past 7yrs and cancelled the contract but they are saying that i should pay R2065. they want me to pay tracker account that was not working. they have poor communication with customers and when their tracker dies you need to pay R1200 for a repair. I will advise eveyone to stay away from this company

19 Sept 2025, 13:16No issue was resolved but the installment was increased from R 2065 to R 2300 now. I was informed that the contract was canceled 18/09/2025 after they refused to cancell my contract in June with the following up from now. I have asked records for all information but I'm told that I must visit a nearest branch without indicating why it can't be send to me , so I must leave my work and collect records. They counted a condition that is my responsibility to make sure that this tracker work. So I work at tracker and I must pay them for what. Cartracker is a ****. I was told that my account will be handed over to litigation on 20/09/2025.
