Payment date trouble

I really regret installing car track dash cam on my vehicle 😒. The most unprofessional company ever.So i installed the dash and explained to the lady who called me to set up debit on the 15th as thats my payment date.Yet they keep telling me via WhatsApp that my account is in arrears.

Ive ran out of explanations like now because I get calls and WhatsApps and unsuccessful debit orders messages adding unnecessary bank charges to my account.

I need urgent help with this company and sad part is I will be charged for canceling this unit.Only if I knew like this is so annoying 😑
