PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS IGNORED

They are just too forward. I lost my car and still had to continue paying until the end of my contract (which I fully understand)

I made arrangements to pay off the outstanding amount but still got threats to be handed over for the account. I made arrangements again to settle but failed to honour the settlement arrangement. However I did managed to pay half of the settlement amount and guess what? They handed me over some attorneys.

Next thing I’ll be paying the wrong party because I have been handed over even after making arrangements.

I dare anyone to claim I owe them after settling this months because WOW…

And I’m not taking any insurance with them anymore.
