Payment arrangement *****

I really am so ****ed with cartrack. I have cancelled my account and a cancellation fee was charged which we had a payment agreement which will be a duration of 3 months but I have been debted 3 times in one month and when I called in the call centre personnel said she can only see 1 transaction and I should call the next day and I was still debted again while waiting what an awful experience.
