Paying premium but no tracker in my car

I recently bought a new car.. I've signed a 36 contract with car track for my previous car I've been paying it for a year now.. I called cartrack to inform them I'm changing my car so I'll need them to have a technician available for the car tracker change.. The technician wasn't available.

I got the new car on the 9th of August been calling car track since then.. I'm driving the new car with a paid tracking unit sitting in their offices.. I have to make the arrangements, I've been calling them since but it seems they are not interested..

It's 19 August 2024 my car still doesn't have a tracker installed that I'm paying for..

What makes it all worse is my car insurance has gone up because I can't submit a certificate to prove my car has a tracking unit installed.

What happens if the car gets hijacked? Whose gonna be liable for that! ***********..

I called in on Saturday and the lady said I'll get a call before 14h00 for a Sunday fitting and nothing..
