Paying for NO SERVICE

My car track wasn't working for a year and I was paying my monthly installments, meaning I was paying for NO SERVICE! They can an installed another unit ,When I email them regarding the payments that I did for a year of NO SERVICE so that they can reimburse me no one is responding. Becarefull of car track they install units that are not functioning you will be paying for a car track that is not working.🙌🙌
