paying for device that I don't use

My EcoSport had a cartrek device in. My car was involve in an accident last year September 2021. I reported to them that my car was in an accident and that the car was with the assessor's and that the car was written off and send to bloem. they couldn't treck the car was in an accident that day it was involve in that accident. .They want me to pay for a device that I don't have. I told them that i will not pay for a device i don't have.they want to install a device in my new car. I told them My Car came out with its own trekker device and i don't need another. they want me to pay cancellation fee of R2600.. I told them that I'm not prepared to pay for a device i don't have. they still keep on deducting after I told them to stop premium s. can you please assist me to stop deductions.ofa device i don't have.
