Paying for a tracking devise that is not in my car while paying every month for it.

The service is terrible. February 2025 I informed cartracker that I am changing my car, I then paid R800 for the tracking device to be removed and installed in the new car, now it’s February 2026 I am still waiting. I’m still paying for the tracker that is not in my new car. When I call no one is helping me, instead they transfer me from one department to another department. August 2025 I then called them to inform them that I am selling my other car so I will be remaining with one car the car that I paid R800 for the removal of the devise from the old car to the new car. They told me they will send a technician to come and remover the device from the car I was selling, I then informed the car dealer about the technician that will come and remove the tracking device from the other car. Till today no one removed any tracking device from the two cars. I then stopped the debit order because i was not getting assistance from anyone and I am paying for something I’m currently not driving. Then started getting calls and emails, they are threatening me to hand me over. All this time no one could help me when I was calling them, all they want is their money but they don’t care about their customers. I have phone customer service and they had no clue how to help me with my situation. My experience with this company has been very terrible. They also owe me R800 for paying them the tracking devise that is not in my car. What if my car is ****** how are they going to recover it while I’m paying for a tracking devise that is not in my car. This is the disappointing side of this company.
