PAYING FOR A TRACKER THAT DOES NOT WORK

Good day

i have a car tracking device with cartrack which has not been working since may this year. i have been calling cartrack to assist me in sorting it out, but this has not been fruitful. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. all they have been doing is to promise to check the tracker but they never did while they are deducting their monthly premium.
