Paying for a tracker i cnt track on app.

I had a tracking fitment installed in my bike on the 19th of January. The fitment did not read location on the app n I called them immediately after to let them know that they need to come check it out. Than I was given a date of 15 or 16th of February which was this passed weekend n no one showed up. I called them Saturday n I was told the scheduling department already left so I called again today now m told I was never scheduled for repairs of the fitment while I have the email n call proof.

I have a tracking device in my bike for close to a month that I cnt track n they not showing any concern to come n fix the mess they installed.
