Paying for a car that was a write-off

I told these people I had an accident in November 2022,a terrible one. My car was a write-off, I called several times and sent many emails to cancel this account but they keep deducting. I don't know which car they are tracking, this is bringing me horrible memories and I really don't understand what this means to have to pay for a car that is beyond repairs and I clearly told them.
