Pathetic worse company ever dealt with unprofessional staff bad customer service

Never take tracking device from this company. I have been a customer since 2017 i fitted their tracking devices to my cars i kept on renewing i then decided not to renew they told me i owe them wen i wanted to cancel i was given amount i needed to pay i then asked them to remove their tracker from my car they did i sent proof of payment to them after promising me a paid up letter they came back to me after months claiming i owe them i need to pay they keep on harassing me i will past the message from them. yr acount was paid up last year November regarding 70% discount off. Even after speaking to their account department and confirming payment im still receiving calls. This is another message :but i will forwand yr file for credit note .
