Pathetic, useless Cartack

I have been a client of Cartrack since 2017. This company has gone from been good to pathetic. In the last six months I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to a manger in their Client Services department. I am always greeted with the excuse that the manger is in a meeting/unavailable, and that an email will be sent to him to contact me !! For six months now (phoning at least three times a week) I have been fed the same garbage. I finally had enough and cancelled my subscription. Suddenly they can use a phone and send emails requesting their money. I have also tried to set up an appointment with their CEO Mr J Victor, he too appears to be as elusive as his useless managers. What a pathetic bunch of useless people. Mr Victor if you are a CEO of any standing arrange a meeting and lets discuss your useless company. I am not expecting a response from this bunch of useless people. G.Sazeides
