Pathetic unprofessional service for useless CarTrack support team
So I've been with CarTrack for past 6 years and never have I ever claimed or asked for service. Only now I need their service I get this pathetic silence, never mind the fact that I wanted to re-install the existing device to my car, these pathetic team refuse to cancel it. I'm just paying for subscription on the device I do not even have, is that even ethical by their own terms
