Pathetic servive

Cartrack services is pathetic i phoned since the 23rd of December for a deinstallation and a reinstallatio of cartrack sevice my debit order goes of my account however i do not have use of the cartrack device. They claim i owe them 870 for the deinstallation and reinstallation however it has not happend. I phoned them since the 6th of January almost everyday and everyday they will phone back is this how long it will take to get feed back if a vechile is ****** ..... no longer interested in this pathetic company and their products as i have just have lost a lot of money spend on airtime for this pathetic services
