PATHETIC SERVICES ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER CARE

Client Service is pathetic. No one seems to know what is going on. Spoke to 3 different departments and made 4 different phone calls and no one knows why there is still a debit order on my side.

Truly need to get their stuff in order. It started when I asked for an appointment on a specific date and they assured me there was one, but came down to it there wasn't one available. The lies and deciet is ridiculous and the fact that it took 4 conversations to say there wasn't an appointment available was ridiculous
