Pathetic Service yet AGAIN

Car track came out on the 15 January 2025 to re install a tracking device in the car. After re installation in the car of the tracking device when pressing the aircon recirculation button it is giving a grinding noise. Note this aircon inspection was apart of the inspection checks but not the recirculation.

A RMI technician has come out to have a look at this problem which only started after tracker technicians came out. He queried if someone has touched anything in the glove box area and I did advice that tracker has come out to sort the re installation. He did advice that he cannot touch anything in the vehicle as whoever came out must come and sort it. I had to wait almost 2 and a half weeks for a technician to come out to see the problem and pay out of my own pocket cause tracker sends out technicians who don't know what they are up to. When I called the call centre I kept getting pushed from one end to the next and no joy. It will be nearly a week that a keep calling and do not get any feedback or any logged report. I been pushed from head office to KZN branch back to head office. It seems as if tracker wants to cover up their mess up and hide.

Also I am aware that when a technician comes out only one person comes, but to my surprise two of them came out and was sorting the tracker. On the report page the guys wrote only one technician was on site. I also called in to check how many guys come out and they also advised me only one.

I also called the call centre yesterday 2 February 2025 at 15:53 a guy named Desmond answered and makes joke on the other end whilst I am on the call with them and laughs.
