Pathetic Service Recieved

Very disappointing service recieved... I've been trying to sign up through my insurance for the fleet management system for the past 3 days.

The agent called me and the phone went down but not even a call back, and my broker has to then fight with head office for someone to call back.

Yesterday the agent phoned again and when I told him finally you call back he gave me attitude to say they have been trying to call me which is not the case at all.

I told him I want the fleet management system for my business vehicle which he then put me through to the business section on the phone, I waited 33min on the call and no one helped me still.

Pathetic service I must say.
