Pathetic service provider

Good day

I am not happy with the service recieved from cartrack as the they didn't state all the terms and conditions of the contract. Today I waited for over 30min to be assisted Tumelo Ledwaba wasn't useful at all to me.

My account was in arrears and paid the outstanding amount now they say I have to pay blacklisting fees that was never discolored on your terms and conditions of the contract.
