PATHETIC SERVICE - NO OWNERSHIP AT ALL FROM CARTRACK!!

Pathetic service service from this service provider!! They came and installed a tracking device on my vehicle, during the process damaged my central locking and alarm. Mind you they took the whole day - Junior first half of the day and when leaving advised a senior will come an fix his mess, Senior came later on and then next thing I'm being told stories about my vehicle them forgetting my vehicle was fine before they touched it.

Now I'm getting debit order request weekly with them telling me they charged me for the senior coming!! I have escalated matter with management and what a waste of my time - now dealing with debit order charges weekly, their fees and not forgetting a vehicle they left with no locking system at all..
