Pathetic service, I will not recommend cartrack to anyone

This company is so PATHETIC.... My father sold his car three years ago, informed cartrack of this, no one came to removed the tracker and place in the new car. Three years later they still call to demand money. We have spoken to numerous agents, everything we explain what had happened they apologize and end the call, NO Manager has ever picked up a phone to call us to resolve this matter. Cartrack is misleading, they are not honest, they make you believe one thing and once you have signed up they start their ****. I will not recommend this company to anyone because they lie... No one bothers to help you and all management does is pass the bucket so they don't have to fix the very mess they created....
