Pathetic service from cartrack

I have been speaking to different people about the service I received from car track my car battery was ****** and the power watch was activated yet I didn't receive a call from them. I spoke to Maki Mokeona from customer service she dropped the call. All of them are the same they pass a bug transfering me from pillar to post without any resolution. Yet they call me everyday for their money.
