Pathetic service from Cartrack

If i could rate a minus it will be -100 for the pathetic service from Cartrack and its agents. New unit was installed in my truck and trailers on Tue and wed night it stopped working. Logged a fault 6 days ago and till now no tech is available to fix. Called multiple time, thrown from pillar to post, been told ill call u back few minutes and no one ever does. Emailed escalation dept yesterday demanding they sort it out yesterday and they didnt even acknowledge my email nor did they send a tech. Called again today and as usual finding a tech and cuts the call. My truck operated unmonitored. I will never recommend Cartrack to anyone
