Pathetic service from Cartrack.

Pathetic service. App not working on my phone. Tried everything. Logged error and phoning every day now for 2 weeks to follow up. Keep on telling me it has ben escalated to systems department and promising they will phone back before EOB but nothing. Tried to cancel because I can not pay for a service I can not use. Reached a point where they keep me on hold till call drops. Stay away, service means nothing to them.
