Pathetic Service from Car Track Company

Car Reg ND860314. Pathetic Service I've been receiving from this Company is unbearable. They showed me you are only important when they need the sale but when your contract comes to an end and you want to close the account it is pathetic service provided.

It is so frustrating to note that my account is still not closed after so many attempts. I have the paid up letter even sent to me in March but what puts me off completely are ridiculous calls from your Company asking for outstanding payment and I keep on explaining the inconsistencies on communication each Consultant has regarding my account and no one seems to close this account. I've received close to 15 calls if not more but nothing is done still. CAN SOMEONE FROM MANAGEME SORT THIS OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL. IM REALLY FEDUP
