PATHETIC SERVICE EVER

Worst service ever,they dont even deserve a single star.At first the installed wrong equipment on my car and then their tracking device has been draining my battery for the past 3 weeks since they intsalled their stupid device. I have been calling every day since then maybe 4 or 5 times,they kep on telling me that they going to send a technician or someone to fix the problem. I have been waiting since then,i call for the same thing evryday with no luck. I strongly regret installing this device in my car,i just wish i shouldve gone to a different company that better than cartrack. i call using my cellphone everyday and kept holding for minutes and minutes,they even told me that they been sending emails to the head of repairs department.
