Pathetic service!!

Thee most disgusting service and staff these people have!

I spoke to a consultant yesterday that literally put the phone down in my ear because he didn't want to hear they're in the wrong.

I have been battling and still battling with Cartrack for almost a month now with something that is their fault, and all they do is transfer your call from one useless consultant to another, even their managers and supervisors are useless! I have literally spoken to 5 of their supervisors and 3 managers, each one telling me they will call me back, but yet have not called me back. I have called them (without exaggeration) over 30 times, for the same issue that they do not want to take the blame for!
