Pathetic service

I am a fleet manager and we use car track as one of our tracking companies. To say that i get promised the world but the service delivery is so pathetic. Just to do a de-installation and re-installation i am waiting over 5 months now. The scheduling department is a joke, it is worse than calling a government department. I have requested a face to face meeting also from over 5 months ago with our account handler and her manager, to date no joy whatsoever, I just get excuses after excuses. it is really so disheartening that one has to beg for good service. My projects are increasing and i am going to need another 20 to 30 vehicles and would really like to continue using cartrack... but not with this type of service and no interest from management to resolve this issue
