Pathetic service - do not use this company

I wish there was minus 10 stars. Faulty device. Quick to take my money for 3 years but I have been chasing since last week for someone to have a look at the device. And it is like a black hole. The technician decides to delete my appointment and renders it complete without calling me to ask what issue I am experiencing. After struggling for a week to get the appointment. I have been shoved from pillar to post, just to get a service I am paying for. Do not take out a tracker with this company. It is worse than a state owned enterprise. You will be wasting your money. I am done chasing you guys. What pathetic service, I am utterly disgusted.
