Pathetic service!!!!

Car Track is the worst!!!!

I am very dissapointed with the service I've received from them , I noticed my tracking unit is not working I tried tracking my car from my phone for a while and nothing! I called in and was advised that somebody from the scheduling department will get back to me for almost 4 days novody, so I called in again this time to find about about an sms I've received for an apparent arrears I had no knowledge of! I agreed to pay end of the month, I then called again and was referred to the scheduling department where they eventually set up an appointment for a car truck employee to see me last friday at 8 the morning! I stayed out of work to meet him and nothing! I left for work at 9 I called and apperently the guy was in an accident I scheduled an appointment again for the Saturday at 8am the guy showed up Saturday at 11am! What if I was out? I called yesterday again because the unit is still not working! They advised somebody will give me a call yesterday to set up an appointment and still nothing... I pay a subscription every month mind you I am on the fleet package!!! And I still need to pay a call out fee of something like R700!.. And I have to keep calling you guys and taking time out of my busy day at work I am very unhappy with your service please advise what the cancelation process is so that I can move to a company that would appreciate my business.
