Pathetic service

Car track is very unprofessional, they've been bad news since last I started signing up with them.last month. This month they debited twice yet they tell me to wait for tomorrow. Phindile from accounts told me there's nothing she can do yet the money went through twice and my other debit order bounced. I've been using my airtime to call and Phindile told me all the managers and team leader when I wanted to speak to the manager. It's monet we're talking about
