pathetic service Cartrack Bellville

Our one work vehicles was in a serious crash at 2am on a Saturday morning 2 weeks ago. Went to Bellville office on Durban road to request the footage. Was told they would remove the unit to download the footage. I gave my managers number to arrange the monday morning. No one called so I went back in on Thursday to find out and still no arrangements made after physically going there twice. Don't try call either they put you through to the next useless employee.

Most useless and pathetic service from Car Track Bellville!!!
