Pathetic Service Car Track

Collected my vehicle on Sat. Still waiting for Car Track to install my device. Despite making arrangements for today the person did not pitch. In the meantime my car is not covered for theft because Cartrack cannot do a simple thing like install the device. Imagine when I have an emergency .
