Pathetic service

Very disappointing service from Cartrack. I have been a customer for over 7 year without any issue. The moment I put on a second vehicle on the installation was done incorrectly and receive now calls daily every time we open or lock the vehicle.It was said after we noticed it a technician will come out to fix it. It was said twice from their call centre a technician will fix the issue. After 5 day we still receive daily calls when we lock and open , and still now call from the technician or scheduling department.
