Pathetic service
Was adding another 2 vehicles to my car track profiles as I have many different vehicles with them under different profiles. Agreed on everything, technician supposed to come through yesterday between 10-12 o'clock but no one showed up. Not even a courtesy call to say they can't make it. I run a business, for me to take a vehicles off the road costs me money and they couldn't even call to say they won't make it. I ended cancelling the new fitments and moved them to Netstar. As for my other 12 vehicles, their contracts are ending and some have ended, will be moving those vehicles to Netstar also. Had enough of you guys and the useless after sales service.

19 Mar 2025, 11:57This is not the first time it has happened and not the first time you guys said you will investigate, I have vehicles on the road without working car track units because your technicians failed to show up! If I lose those vehicles the insurance won't even cover because of the incompetence of Cartrack and your technicians!
