Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service, I wouldn't even give them a star, i only did it because I have to select something. I have tried to cancel my subscription for these reasons:

1, I tried to reduce my plan to make it more afforadable so i do not miss payments, only to be told theres a R360 fee to reduce my subscription, I mean seriously cartrack I can't afford the damn payment so how am i going to afford the R360 fee to reduce my payment, then what the hell is the point in reducing it if i'm going to pay the R360?????

2. When I tried to cancel I must now pay a R2660 fee to cancel, I can't pay the normal subscription so now it's a way to keep clients locked it, absolutely pathetic, for a company.

not to mention god let you miss your payment by one day they are on your case like there's no tomorrow with 15 phone calls.
