Pathetic service

I regret choosing Cartrack its been 3weeks since I got into a contract with them, yet they haven't installed the tracking device into my car I try almost every day to do follow up but they all telling that they will send an email to the scheduling department and sometimes put me on hold until phone call drops, their service is pathetic
