Pathetic service and customer care

Once again, Promises that issues will be sorted. And months go by with nothing. You must just keep paying for services and should they not work they act like you stupid and dont know how things work. Road Vision camera works when ever it feels like ( 5 hour trip it recored max 45mins of the trip, Even had a near miss deadly accident and when i try pulling the video the system says no video recored) and all i get told is the camera is working and only records when Ignition is on.
