Pathetic service and constant harassment

Cartrack are pathetic, forced me to pay last year for an account that hadn't been active for years prior, submitted the paid up letter countless times but they refuse to acknowledge and instead continue to harass me on a daily basis - then for added spice they increase the amount supposedly owed every month but refused to cancel or update their accounts with the correct information.

I get 10+ calls a day and have to explain the same scenario every time. Requested cancellation of my current vehicle as well but instead of doing their jobs they continue to harass me for an account that was paid up a year ago.
