Pathetic service

I have received the most pathetic service. I have paid R870 for the de-istallation fee but the didn't come to remove the device. I've made numerous calls to CARTRACK and even asked to speak to the Manager. I spoke to Kabelo, Teboho, Nosiphiwe, Zamaswazi, Shakila. I will never recommend CARTRACK to anyone.
