Pathetic service

I have requested cartrack to remove a tracker unit from a vehicle that i have sold on the 29/09/2023 the have invoiced me for the job and have started debiting me for a job that HAS NOT been done yet, I have made numerous calls to their call center but their staff have rotten attitudes towards helping me, i keep getting put on hold but they cut the call, I have pinned the location many times on their site for the location of the vehicle but still no joy, the service levels with this company is pathetic at best. Their calls are recorded but i have requested that call recordings be listened to but to no avail... Now my vehicle can not be sold cause car track has not removed the tracker system from it.
