Pathetic Service

I'm paying over a R1000 per month for subscription fees, but yesterday when I needed help, no help could be found. As woman alone, I got stuck along side the road for 3 hours. I phoned Cartrac 5 times, no help was send out to assist me. This is absolute pathetic.
